After getting your house out of forclosure, which of the fees that are assessed to your mortgage can be disputed. In other words what forclosure fees can be disputed. I have over $2500.00 in different forclosure fees, that is being added to my mortgage along with interest.

Hi Rene,

The foreclosure fees will include all the fees and charges that had been charged to you when the property was in foreclosure. So, if you dispute the foreclosure fees, I guess you will be disputing all the fees and charges associated with it.

Thanks

I would contact a real estate attorney and get his personal opinion if your fees can be disputed, a lot of times companies will work with you if you're paying your mortgage on time, they may take the fees off. I would first contact an attorney then contact them and ask them if they are willing to lower your fees or take them off permanently.

Good luck!
