I signed a quit clam deed 10 years ago to protect our home from a possible lien for my old debt. If my wife divorces me now will I lose my half of the house. Also in our will everything go to surviving spouse, what if she dies do I lose house because of quit clam deed?

Duane, you cannot lose your "half of the house" because you don't have any ownership interest, based on what you've told us. If you feel insecure at what might happen in the future, talk this over with your wife and change back your ownership to joint tenancy (I'm assuming that is what you started with). That'll protect you from the fears you have.
