my ex_wife is not paying the mortgage loan we did together.we signed that the house must be sold but currently she is staying there without paying the bills.i asked her to cancell her name on the life cover since she is doibg nothing,she refuses to sign any document.suddenly i found out that her name doesnt appear on the tittle deed can i use a quitclaim deed without her signature?

Welcome to forums!

If your wife's name is not mentioned on the property deed, then you won't be liable for taking her permission in selling off the property. You can sell off the property if you are sole owner of it.
