My daughter filed Chap 13 in finalized in 10/10. Her name is still on the home, that was not foreclosed on, the mortgage was assigned. How can she get her name off the home? Can she sell it?

Hi maoren!

Welcome to forums!

It will be better if she could surrender the property to the lender and ask them to sell off the property asap. This will help her in removing her name from the property and get rid of it.
