Does the Trustee of the Trust have to sign the quitclaim deed along with the Grantor? Does FL law require that a memorandum of trust or abstract of trust be recorded along with the quitclaim deed?

Hi Jal!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, the memorandum of the trust or the abstract of trust should be recorded at the county recorder's office along with the quitclaim deed. It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney in order to find out whether or not the trustee of the trust should sign the quitclaim deed.
