my brother deeded a piece of property to his daugher then turned around and deeded it to his other daugher and then years later sold it to me and i have a quit claim deed does that take them off the property

Hi bonitafluf,

The daughter to whom the property was first quitclaimed will have ownership rights to the property. You should contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you further in this regard.
