ladybird deed

my mother was in the nursing home for 3 years now and we got poa and had a special warrenty deed made up thru an attorney. Is this the same as a lady bird deed?

Hi hek,

Warranty deed is not similar to a ladybird deed. Both of them are different types of property transfer deeds. The real estate attorney who drafted the deed will be able to let you know about the differences.
