AND THE HOUSE HE BOUGTH IS LOCATED IN PALM SPRINGS,HIS FIRT,S TIME BUYING A HOUSE,I LIVE IN THE PROPERTY,IVE PUT 20% DOWN OF MY MONEY ON THIS HOUSE ,,HOW CAN I GUARANTEE MY OWNER SHIP ON THIS PROPERTY,,,,HIS MORE THEN WILLING TO WORK WITH ME BUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE,,,,OR WHAT FORMS

You can sign a quitclaim deed and add your brother's name in it. You don't have to remove your name from the property deed. This will help you remain one of the owners of the property.
