My Mother recently passed, but in her Will left me the house. What "verbiage" to use ? Since mom is deceased, she cant sign on any line. Only proof I have is in the Trust. She cant sign off on the paperwork now. How do I fill this out ? Thanks Sad I just need the proper words to use as the transfer of property description.

Hi Teri!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to probate the will in order to get the property deed transferred in your name. You will have to contact a real estate attorney who will in turn help you in probating the deed.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
