babygirl69 Guest	Posted: Fri Oct 14, 2011 5:14 pm    Post subject: Quit Claim Like 0 Dislike 0 I own a manufactured home in Oregon, it is not paid off and is only the home, the property is a rental space. Can I use a quit claim to put the home in my husbands name only?

Once you do so, the lender will either want you to pay off the mortgage in full or will ask your husband to refinance the mortgage in his name. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
