david123 Guest	Posted: Fri Oct 21, 2011 11:58 am    Post subject: qiuck deed Like 0 Dislike 0 After 11 years of divorce my ex wife tells me that she wants my name off the deed for exchange of alimony...I did not know my name was on the deed..I have filed with ssi and i have a bk in 2008 no record ever showed...Am i in trouble because i have reported that i am not a property owner of any sort... As your name was mentioned on the property deed, you should have listed the house as your asset when you filed bankruptcy. As you haven't done that, it may be considered as a fraud.
