Property tax was past due and I mom paid for it. She used put her house up for the loan.It's been 15yrs. She got a lawyer and he passed away. I have no record nor any info. Property is still under deceased greatgrand mother. . Why is it that due to delinquent, they can sell and I am getting a hard time just to name change. Help! This will make you and your mother the owners of the property. As your mother is deceased, you can yourself file an affidavit of heirship to get the property transferred in your name.
