I need to take a quitclaim deed out of the trust name of my ex-husband and I, and rename it since we both are now divorced and have 1/interest, what wording do I use?

Hi califrene!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed with the required wording as per your state laws.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
