olphelia Guest	Posted: Fri Jan 27, 2012 3:11 pm    Post subject: quick claim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 after a quick claim deed is signed how long is it good until it is recorded at the county clerk's office..3mths,6mths,etc. Is there a time frame involved where it would have to be signed again in order to have it recorded.thank you

However, a quitclaim deed should be recorded at the county recorder's office immediately after it has been signed. Thanks
