Guest	Posted: Sat Jan 28, 2012 2:41 pm    Post subject: real state deed question Like 0 Dislike 0 in process of bankruptcy, i have an investment property, my name is on the mortgage, but no on the deed. The deed is on my Son's name, no the mortgage... I need to remove his name from the deed? would his credit score be affected? how long would this process take?

This will make you the owner of the property. Transferring a property to you won't affect your son's credit score in any way. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
