My husband I own a home in Phx Az. My son has been making the payments as he owns it. How does he get the deed in his name so he can refinance the home in his name?
I guess you can arrange a lawyer to write a deed for your son and you will declare there that you are putting the house in your son's name.
He should just buy it from you for the mortgage amount and get his own regular mortgage. A title company can handle the transaction for you.
