Brittany Guest	Posted: Mon Apr 23, 2007 11:18 am    Post subject: Quit claim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 Hi, Back in September my friend and i bought a house. I am the primary on the house but I want my name off and just put into hers. would a quit claim deed be the right thing to do?

If lender has no objection then a quit claim deed can be used to take your name off from house title. Miller
