Welcome to this forum.

Yes you can add your sister's name through a quitclaim deed. To maKe it valid you need to notarize and record the deed in your county recorder office.

You can add your sister’s name by simply using a quitclaim deed. This is the easiest and simplest way to transfer property within the family.

Yes you can add your sister to the deed. I would call a local title company and they can help you do this.
