can a deed of trust be added to or changed.
If my mother took a deed of trust out leaving her property to my brother and now would like to add myself and my two brothers to it. Is this possible.

Hi kate_nelson

As far as I know, you can add someone to the deed of trust. However, laws vary from state to state. So it would be better if you could consult an attorney and get his opinion in this regard.

Thanks.
