The simplest way to add your child to the property title is quitclaim deed. However, the child must be an adult to add him/her to the property tile. If your child is an adult, then you can simply add him or her with the help of a quitclaim deed. If they are minors, then you will have to wait until they are of age and then add them. Thanks, Jerry
