Hi virgina_gonzales,

Welcome to our forum.

Yes, You can use quite claim deed process to do that.
You can draft it by your nearest attorney & get drafted by him. Once you signed quite claim deed you can add another person do property deed.
Notarize this deed in country records.

hi,
if you want to add someone to the title to your home, you should contact an attorney. Mostly a simple quit claim deed is prepared wherein all the current owners sign the deed as grantors .once you signed quit claim deed you can add another person to your property deed.

The easiest method to add a name in your deed is Quit Claim deed. It transfers the property from the current owners to the new owners, which would include all the old owners and those you wish to add.
