HI, my mom passed away and her husband will like to add my name and my sons name to the existing deed which deed should we complete / sign?

assuming that title is now vested in his name only, it ought to be simple enough to use a quit claim deed to add you and your son as owners. i hope that your mom's estate has been settled.

Hi,

Contact your attorney & ask him to sign a quit claim deed to add names on property deed. After signing a quit claim deed record it in country records to make it validate.
