We want to add our daughter's name to our home but all the quit claim deed forms I find simply transfer over ownership. How can I add her but not give full title.

Hi Kplantone!

In order to add your daughter to the property, you will have to go for a quitclaim deed. While drafting that deed from an attorney, you may mention how much share you want to give your daughter.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

To add her name, the deed would be from you and your spouse as grantors, to you, your spouse and your daughter as grantees. Agree with smithsussane though, always better to consult with an attorney on these matters.
