My sister and I are on title for my house. I recently got married and my sister will voluntarily relinquish her ownership and transfer it to my wife. Are there any cost implications of making this change? Thanks in advance.

Your sister will have to sign the quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property in your wife's name. She will be the grantor to the property whereas your wife would be the grantee. Both grantor and grantee can share the costs which can include doc stamp fees, deed recording fees, transfer fees, etc.
