Samantha, if I go to the court house what do I have to do to sue for adversr property rights.

I have a 30 ft. right-of-way to my property. For 28 yrs, I have maintained and taken care of all the land in front of me, as well as several acres to the right of my property. . How can I as an individual, without a lawyer sue for adverse property ?

You will require an attorney to fight the lawsuit and get a judgment in your favor.
