I have a lease home and the tenants whatn to purchase it. Their credit is not good enough to qualify for a normal loan I am willing to finance them. I heard I could do an all inclusive trust deed. If I go this way do they own the home and responsible for keeping it up and repairs? How exaclty does this work? The home is in Texas
