would a court ordered transfer of property be seen as fraudulent by a bankruptcy court?...my divorce will be final Sept. 19th and the decree states my ex wife is to get the house. If I quitclaim the house to her as the court demands, will that be considered fraudulent by a bankruptcy court?

If it is a court ordered transfer of property, then it should not be considered as fraudulent. Do you have debts to be paid off to creditors?
