If I bought a house and paid cash no lien how do i change their name to mine?

A deed will do it. Also if you have not done so, you should do a title search to make sure the seller doesn't have any liens against the property or you may inherit some of their debt. I would suggest you go to a title company they can do all of that for you.

A local Title or Escrow can help you. Did you purchase Title Insurance with your private transaction? If not, you really need to do that as soon as possible.
