my x and i split up last year she wants to keep the house she'a living in the house my name is on the mortgage and were both on the deed she been making the house payments she wants to buy my half and wants to take over the mortgage and wants my name removed and her's added but last year i let go thru foreclosere and pay it off to bring it back to par

now i get the name.

your post makes no sense at all. she lives in and pays for the house, yet you claim that last year you let it go through foreclosure and "pay it off to bring to par."

can you please explain at least a little bit of this?

i was 3 to 4 months behind on the bills the house went into foreclosure i payed i a certain amount to have it removed from losing it the bank told her that had a defaut so she can't refiance

i think i understand a tiny bit better now...she may simply have to wait a period of time before that lender or another one would be willing to undertake a refinance. they'll all usually want to see 12 consecutive on-time payments.
