Very Happy hi there
im a senior citizen trying to get loan to buy my own land to move my manufactor house on my house is paid for my credit is bad i lived in a park for 5yrs i pay $600.00 a month and never was late paying my rent

You've mentioned that you've a bad credit. In such a situation, lenders won't be ready to give you a mortgage. You will have to improve your credit score first in order to qualify for a land loan. You can check out the given page to find some steps to improve your score:
