Welcome dsrtdweler,

You will have to sign a new quitclaim deed in order to change your maiden name to married name and add your husband. You will have to write your maiden name as the grantor and your married name and your husband's name as the grantee. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will further guide you in this matter.
