Nila2010 Guest	Posted: Thu Mar 11, 2010 6:23 pm    Post subject: may I transfer a deed to my minor child? Like 0 Dislike 0 I want to transfer the deed of a co-op on my child's name and still be able to be the guardian for the property and sell it for him if a good offer is made for it.

However, you can transfer the property to a trust and your child can be the beneficiary of that trust. Thanks
