How do I change my last name on a grant deed for a property I own in Calif. I'm the sole owner and was just remarried. Thanks for your input.

Hi speenshadow,

You'll have to sign a new grant deed wherein your old name will be mentioned as the grantor of the property. You will have to write your name with the correct surname as the grantee to the property. This will help you in changing your last name in the grant deed.

Thanks
