i have some property where it is on my father's name (we have joint family)

now i am in bad trap of debt but my father is little bit reluctant to sell that

property which is an inherited property from our ancestors. how can get out

of this debt with selling this property. Sad Sad

Hi manoj,

I can understand how difficult the situation must be for you. But since the property is in your father's name there's little you can do to sell it. If your father quitclaims the property, in whole or in part, to you, only then you'd be able to sell it.
