All you need to is contact your local title company to have the proper quit claim deed prepared to add your spouse. You would have to pay the recording fee and a notary fee, although very inexpensive. Good luck

Hi Michael,

You can even contact a real estate attorney who will help you in drafting the quitclaim deed or the warranty deed in order to add your wife to the property deed. I don't think there is a free service available to add your wife to the property deed.
