I am the only living immeadiate family member of my family. My mother placed a mobile home on property that is deeded to my deceased grandmother. I have been paying taxes on the property for the past 3 years. To my understanding, I can file a Deed of Distribution with the probate court of the county it's situated in. Can I file this Deed of Distribution Pro Se?[/left]

Hi Guest,

I personally believe that rather than filing anything pro se, it will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney in this regard and take his help for the same.

Thanks

Hi train!

Welcome to forums!

I agree with James. It will be better to take help of an attorney in this regard. An attorney will guide you with the whole process.
