dlebo Guest	Posted: Sun Apr 03, 2011 12:55 pm    Post subject: new deed for new buyer Like 0 Dislike 0 me and my 2 sisters are on the quit claim deed to my mom's house done back in 2001. she died last year. the house is under agreement. i want to do the new deed myself. i am looking to get the proper wording. can this be done via you/this website and at no charge. finances are limited and i'd rather not use the local attorney. thank you.
