me and my 2 sisters are on the quit claim deed to my mom's house done back in 2001. she died last year. the house is under agreement. i want to do the new deed myself. i am looking to get the proper wording. can this be done via you/this website and at no charge. finances are limited and i'd rather not use the local attorney. thank you.

Hi dlebo,

I'm afraid you can't do it from here. You will have to contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting a new deed.

Thanks

Legal necessity dictates that someone with expertise draw up the proper documentation. That means, frankly, a lawyer.
