Hi Jimmye,

In order to put your name on deed while your husband is not alive,You have file affidavit of heir-ship to your nearest country record office.

Thanks & Regadrs.

Hi Jimmye!

Welcome to forums!

As the will has been probated, you will have to record the will at the county recorder's office. Once the will is recorded, the property will be transferred in your name.
