Hi,
My grandmother passes away and left her house to my three aunts. What document needs to be sign in order to get the deed of the house changed to only one aunts name. With everyone involved in agreement.
Thank you

Hi moralesdi!

Welcome to forums!

The three aunts will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to get the property transferred in their name. They can contact an attorney and he will be able to assist them in this matter.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
