how do i get my mother property in my name with out problems when i am the power of attorney over everything

As you have the power of attorney, you can transfer the property in your name by signing a quitclaim deed on behalf of your mother. You can even consult an attorney and take his opinion before taking any steps.

You can tranfer to your name as you have power of attorney. Make Quit claim deed.I think its easy way as you have power of attorney with you.
if power of attorney is still valid, it will not be an issue.
