exboyfriend died and left me a condo deeded to me. He also has a wife. Is the property mine or those the widow have a claim to it? Can I go and change the locks?

Welcome Guest,

If your name is mentioned on the condo deed or if your boyfriend had left the property to you through a will, then you will be able to claim that property. If there is a will, then you should probate it and then get the property transferred in your name.
