I need to sign over deed to a house to my ex to be Its a fixer upper paid cash for it years ago, how do i do it or sell to him for one dollar?

Hi mercy,

You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your ex. You can contact an attorney and get the quitclaim deed form drafted by him. However, sample quitclaim deed forms are also available online. You can get hold of those forms and transfer the property to your ex.
