jjcool Guest	Posted: Sun Feb 27, 2011 11:59 pm    Post subject: Divorce and quitclaim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 Will divorce papers serve as a quitclaim deed?Yes i signed a divorce saying she could live in the house and i would pay the payments.Both our names is on the mortage,we never seperated and still live here with our two boys.after 25 years she wants to split up.She said it was hers she was selling the house. If your name is on the property deed, then your ex won't be able to sell off the property without your consent or signatures. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
