My ex husband and I recently divorce. he is on the deed but not the loan. I want him to be taken off since we are divorced and he is not helping with the upkeep of the property but he refuses to do so. How can I have him removed.

Your ex-husband needs to sign a quit claim deed and transfer his share of the property to you. You cannot force him to remove his name but you can always buy him out. You can offer him a certain amount of money and ask him to transfer the property to you.
