The judge has given two properties out, one to wife and mone to husband. How do I get my name removed from the mortgage as I am now being told by my ex that I need to sign a reallocation document on his property to lower his loan payments.

To remove your name off the mortgage, your ex needs to get it refinanced in his name alone. You can also request the lender to remove your name from the loan as you are no longer on the title after signing the quitclaim deed.
