Like 0 Dislike 0 I have not been living with my wife for six years already. We are not divorced. I want to buy a house as sole and separate property, but she doesn't want to sign the deed. What can I do?

Like 0 Dislike 0 As with many things laws differ by locale. In CA I know you shouldn't have a problem but might in another state.
