A written approval will be required from other heirs where they will confirm that they do not have any objection to it and have agreed to give up their share for a specified amount of consideration. However, there are no mortgage loans available which a person can take to pay off the other heirs named on the will. To get a mortgage the person should have ownership of property to be kept as collateral for the loan. Miller

But they cannot get a mortgage for that purpose as no lender would agree to lend until they have ownership rights over the house and are able to qualify for the mortgage. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
