my husband of 6years, left me 6 weeks ago, my father owned our house for 25 years, then deed it to me 8years ago, my husband was added to the deed 3years ago. i want to be assured, that if something happened to me, that my father would still have a roof over his head, andwhat must i do in the interim, as divorce has not come up, yet?

Welcome aimfortherag,

As you've added your husband to the property deed, then he would always be able to claim his share of the property from you. You can ask your husband to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer his portion of the property to you. Moreover, you can add your father to the property deed. This will help him claim his share of the property after your death.
