RondaCrankster Guest	Posted: Fri Mar 18, 2011 11:59 am    Post subject: Father is dying and has deeded his home to me and husband Like 0 Dislike 0 My father has terminal cancer and has deeded his home to me and my husband since I had to quit work to care for him, My husband and I have about 30k in unsecured debt and am thinking of filing for chapter 7 in Va. can they make me sell the home? and do I need to file before my father passes away. The trustee may sell off the property in order to pay off your creditors. Thanks
