Welcome caj,

As your daughter is the owner of the property now, she has to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the property back to you. You cannot get the property transferred in your name without her signatures.

it appears to me that the only way in which you'll be able to do this is to go to court. to try to do something without your daughter's knowledge would be dishonest and deceitful.

you could, of course, retain legal counsel to determine the best way to handle this.

You won't be able to do that without her knowing it, because she has a right to defend herself and her property. You'd need to use the Judicial system to accomplish that and the Judge is going to want to see her medical records, and talk with her, and talk with you.

Hi,

If your daughter agree to sign a quit claim deed, its easy way to get property back to you. If your doughtier does not agree to sign a quit claim deed, you can sue him in court.

Thanks & Regards.
